。除尘系统是大气污染治理技术中的重要组成,除尘设备品种、性能和系统的维护管理水平与国外比较还有较大差距。散发粉尘和有害物质的工艺设备,其吸尘罩和除尘器很少配套出厂。除尘系统正常运行的仅是少数。

炉窑烟尘净

1.1 冲天炉

国际铸造协会铸造工业环境控制委员会早在1980年就总结发表了“冲天炉除尘”文献。我国于1988年公布了国际GB8959-88“铸造防尘技术规程”,1992年机械部环保办批准了“冲天炉除尘配套方案”。对热风冲天炉除尘及余热利用的技术,研究和实践较少。

目前,常用的冲天炉除尘设备主要有:

(1)旋流除尘器,这是一种有二次风的高效旋风除 dusting器,是仿制80年代初原西德产品。

(2)袋式 exclude dusting器,在国内外已被广泛应用于冲天炉 exclude dusting。

(3)颗粒层 exclude particle器,我国在70年代初应用于冲天炉,由于存在一事实上缺点而未被推广。但在80年代未作了改进后有一事实上 apply value.

(4)电 exclude dusting器。我国则没有使用。

(5)湿法 exclude dusting器,我在国内外目前已极少采用。

1.2 炼钢电弧 furnace

炼钢电弧 furnace排烟方式主要有:furnace外排烟、furnace内排烟以及furnace内外结合三种。目前主要有以下几种排烟方式效果较好。

(1)furnace外排 smoke

furnace 外 排 smoke采用的排 smoke 罩有:伞形罩、furnace盖罩、钳形罩、高度密闭罩等。

4 exclusion devices 4.1 Cyclone Exclusion Device

The main new products developed in recent years include:

Multi-imported cyclone exclusion devices, which are divided into two categories: one for solid-gas separation and another for liquid-gas separation.

Cyclone Exclusion Device with a multi-stage separator that can separate particles as small as 0.01 microns from the air stream.

The cyclone exclusion device has been improved by adding a second stage separator that can separate particles as small as 0.001 microns from the air stream.

4.2 Bag-type Exclusion Devices

The main new products developed in recent years include:

A bag-type exclusion device with a pulse jet cleaner that uses compressed air to clean out collected dust and debris from within the bags.

A bag-type exclusion device with an electrostatic charge on its surface that attracts charged particles such as PM10 and PM25.

A bag-type exclusion device made of Teflon material that has high temperature resistance up to 260°C (500°F) and can withstand harsh chemicals such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.

5 Water Treatment

Water treatment is also an important aspect of environmental protection, especially for industries like textile manufacturing where large amounts of water are used daily.

6 Recycling

Recycling is another way to reduce waste disposal costs while protecting our environment at the same time.

7 Waste Management

Waste management is critical because it helps prevent pollution caused by improper disposal methods or lack thereof.
