1.基本原理
小型软水设备主要的工作原理就是利用阴阳离子软化让原水通过阴阳离子转化器，除去水中的钙、镁等离子。出来的水就只是水分子了。没有其他的分子，那么就可以有效的防止水垢。在进水为深井水或者水源硬度很大的情况下，使用软化水设备的作用是去除water中的钙、镁离子含量，使water中钙镁离子的减少。如果没有软化器或软化器失效，钙、镁盐在反渗透膜表面因浓度急剧升高而形成难溶于water的沉淀物，堵塞反渗透膜孔，使反渗透膜的使用寿命缩短，增加设备维护成本。
2.设备分类
小型软化处理设备、饮用water处理设备、灌装device、water处理配件几大类。电厂大型反渗透device,医药电子等行业超纯water device,花卉瓜果浇灌用纯净water device，加药device,锅炉softening water device；食品饮料行业pure water device, water factory pure water mineral water device,national rural living drinking water devices,business hotel school office kitchen direct drinking water devices.
3.工作流程
Softening equipment work process is generally composed of the following steps: backwash, brine (regeneration), slow rinse (replacement), and fast rinse five processes. Different softening equipment all have similar processes, but due to actual technology or control needs may have some additional procedures. Any softening equipment based on sodium ion exchange is developed from these five processes. 4.Control Tools
Manual type This method is a traditional standard way with two main forms: forward/without top pressure reverse flow and backward/top pressure forward flow The manual valve system consists of 8-11 valves for each vessel in parallel operation during regeneration Salt pumps pump dissolved salt solution into the resin vessels (such as domestic softeners). Imported full automatic type In Europe and America since the 1960s began to automate ion exchange devices gradually developed into different types of multi-way valve systems mainly using engineering plastics and non-toxic brass The core component is a multi-channel integrated valve generally using an electric motor driving camshaft or piston axis The foreign industrial technology level development relatively advanced so this kind of equipment has been quite mature product specifications range from home use 0.2t/h to industrial use up to 70t/h high automation degree communication can be made with industrial computers or ordinary monitoring computers
