1.基本原理
小型软水设备主要的工作原理就是利用阴阳离子软化让原水通过阴阳离子转化器,除去水中的钙、镁等离子。出来的水就只是水分子了。没有其他的分子,那么就可以有效的防止水垢。在进水为深井水或者水源硬度很大的情况下,使用软化水设备的作用是去除water中的钙、镁离子含量,使water中钙镁离子的减少。如果没有软化器或软化器失效,钙、镁盐在反渗透膜表面因浓度急剧升高而形成难溶于water的沉淀物,堵塞反渗透膜孔,使反渗透膜的使用寿命缩短,增加设备维护成本。
2.设备分类

3.工作流程
Softening equipment work process is generally composed of the following steps: backwash, brine (regeneration), slow rinse (replacement), and fast rinse five processes. 4.Control Tools
