在黄胜堂村，一条条支管道如同小精灵，默默地将洗碗水、化粪池出水和养猪场沼液收集起来。这些曾经肆虐于每个角落的污水，如今汇聚成一股涓涓清流，最终在长乐江中排放无痕。这一切，都归功于中科院研发的高负荷地下渗滤污水处理复合工程，该系统被当地村民亲切称为“污水宝”。
5月1日，“污水宝”的竣工仪式在这里举行，这不仅是浙江省嵊州市首例，也是对中国农村环境保护的一次重大突破。黄胜堂村每天产生的80吨厨房卫浴废弃物和20吨养猪场沼液，如今都能通过这套系统得到妥善处理。
走进这个改造后的黄胜堂村，你会发现墙头上那些曾经让人心烦的排泄洞已经消失了，它们被乳白色的管道所取代。 villagers now enjoy a cleaner and more pleasant living environment, free from the stench of waste.
丁仲礼院士指出，中国农村自70年代起便面临着严重的水源污染问题。而传统的手段难以解决这一问题，因为农村中的排泄物分散且难以集中，而距离远离城市的大型处理厂又使得有效处理变得困难。“污水宝”系统改变了这一局面，它不仅占地面积小，而且运行成本低，不会产生二次环境污染，是针对特定区域设计的一款绿色环保产品。
陈繁荣教授解释说，“ Pollution Treasure” system includes river renovation, sewage pipe network construction, and sewage treatment station. Its advantages lie in occupying less space without requiring dedicated land, having lower total investment and operating costs, as well as not producing secondary pollution.
The transformation has brought significant changes to the village. The once polluted waterways have been restored to their natural state. Villagers can now walk along the clean streets without worrying about stepping into foul-smelling wastewater splashed out of wall holes. The "Pollution Treasure" project has not only improved the environmental quality but also enhanced people's livelihoods.
