钢铁行业减排生活污水处理方法有哪些烧结脱硫技术需突破

钢铁行业面临双重挑战:应对金融危机与严格的环境标准。近期在湖北武汉举办的“国钢铁行业节能减排高层论坛”上,业内专家、政府官员与企业代表就如何推动钢铁行业可持续发展进行了深入探讨。焦点聚焦于烧结工序中的脱硫技术,这是钢厂二氧化硫排放的主要来源。

目前国内外已有多种烧结烟气脱硫技术,如石灰石—石膏法、氨—硫胺法、循环流化床法和活性焦吸附法等,每种技术都有其优势和局限。在实际应用中,中国steel enterprises faces the challenges of high operating costs and lack of supporting policies for the implementation of these technologies.

Despite these challenges, some steel companies have made progress in developing their own solutions. For example, Guangxi Liuzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has successfully implemented an ammonia-based desulfurization system that uses waste ammonia water from a fertilizer plant as the desulfurizing agent, producing agricultural-grade ammonium sulfate as a byproduct. The system has achieved a desulfurization efficiency of over 95% and dust removal efficiency of over 40%.

Meanwhile, Fujian Sanming Steel Co., Ltd. has adopted a circulating fluidized bed dry scrubbing system for its 180 square meters sintering machine, achieving a desulfurization efficiency of over 91% and low dust emissions.

The China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) is currently working on an implementation plan for sintering machine desulfurization technology, aiming to promote the development and application of new technologies through demonstration projects, incentives, and improved assessment systems.

As environmental standards continue to tighten with the impending release of new emission standards for the steel industry, small enterprises are under increased pressure while environmental protection companies see this as an opportunity for growth.
